GoMail

Email marketing campaigns require much more than a simple mail account or client. The possibility of sending mass emails and managing email lists is essential if you wish to send newsletters or product updates to your clients. If you are an Outlook user and you don't want to look for another mail client, you can install GoMail. It integrates with MS Outlook and it enhances its functionality. With this add-on, you will be able to send countless emails with a single click, manage your mailing lists and much more.

It takes a few minutes to install GoMail. Its setup file is roughly 91 MB and you will have to reboot your computer when the installation process is complete. The add-on is compatible with MS Outlook 2000 and all later editions, and you can use it on any Windows version, from Win 98 to Win 7.

After installing the add-on, you will find a new menu on Outlook's interface. It contains options for displaying various delivery reports, managing mailing lists and launching a configurations wizard. You have to follow the wizard's instructions before anything else, because it will ask you for a SMTP server address and other important information.

The mailing list manager's features can help you optimize your mailing list, so you can send your messages faster, without any problems. Once you load a mailing list, in plain text format, you may select different options to remove duplicates, exclude addresses, split the mailing list and create a list of addresses, based on reported delivery failures.

You can also find new options when composing a message. Instead of typing one or more addresses, you can load a mailing list, in TXT or CSV format. Additionally, you can include a website or raw HTML code in your email. To send a mass message, you have to select the add-on's own Send option. Alternatively, you can set GoMail to send your message at a specific time and date. Besides that, the application is capable of sending multiple emails simultaneously, every few minutes.
